Yun Ming Tao started practicing in Japan as a foreign registered attorney in July 2011 after he qualified as an attorney (律師) in The People’s Republic of China.
Mr. Tao has significant experience advising and serving numerous Japanese corporations firstly at a major Beijing law firm and then later in Shanghai. Through his experience assisting on Chinese matters at Japanese law firms, he well understands the concerns that overseas corporations face in their China businesses, and is able to act on his clients’ behalf, with full knowledge and understanding of the issues faced.
Mr. Tao’s practice centres around advising on Sino joint ventures and representing overseas corporations on dispute resolution matters in China.
Drawing on his considerable experience in Japan and China, and his trilingual ability, he is well positioned to assist clients not only in China but also on cross border matters involving China and other countries.
Tao Sensei’s practice objective is to provide timely and specialized advice to respond to his clients’ broad range of legal needs.
